They were given 250M shares to raise $200M, the shares would need to be sold at around 80 cents for them to raise the agreed money correct? I’m not saying SYA is worth 80 cents but the shares issued to them with an agreed $200M return tells me SYA are confident they are going to hit 80 cents and Acuity must have been presented something that makes them believe they SP will go over 80 cents for them to make bank on this deal?
