Italy says it will offer defunct Stellantis car brands to Chinese automakers to set up factories in Italy. Also Stellantis have been hit with huge Fuel Economy fines in US along with other car companies. These are fuel economy fines so Trump would need to repeal these as there is no EV mandate to repeal even though he said so. China and Europe make up 42m cars sold each year and along with Asia are headed to EV's or non fossil fuel technology so are can't see EV transition stopping, along with Lithium demand.
