to be fair, they set up the atm before changing their strategy (reducing construction to an absolute minimum while possible financing is pending).

even if i agree with you in part, i have to side with @mondyinvest. he was right on many points and always took a neutral view of the company. in fact, i learned more from his contributions, which were negative in many eyes, than from the majority here. similar is the case with @userxyz. it's healthy for a retail (or as the guy from smallcap interview said 'mom and dad') investor to give other opinions a chance and to incorporate them into his/her own research.
