Observation:

VERSUS SYSTEMS completes a share swap with Animoca @ .18 cents A back in April/May of this year ($500k)

GAMEE sells theIr entire company to Animoca for shares valued also @ .18 cents A, also recently announced (additional earn out as well). ($4-5 million)

ATARI just signs a Recently announced licensing deal with Animoca with a share evaluation @ .21 cents A ($3.9 million)

My takeaway is that these Company’s listed above have an intimate knowledge of the industry and I value their opinion of the share price they are agreeing to deals with Animoca much more than an outside venture capital company which places bets across multiple investment opportunity’s seeking the unicorn!

A lot of work ahead still, but the Company appears to be able to continue blazing a blockchain trail with the increasing financial and partnership support !

PS (didn’t Yat cut his teeth with Atari as a young early stage tech geek? would make for quite a story if Animoca hits it big with Atari... quite a home coming for Yat)





Transaction details


As consideration for the expanded licensing arrangements provided by the Amendment, the Company will pay to Atari a minimum guarantee against future revenues payable through the issuance of 18.7 million shares of the Company priced at A$0.21 per share. The entirety of this license fee is recoupable against royalties paid to Atari from the revenue generated by the Games.As consideration for the exclusivity for Atari’s VCS game console, Animoca Brands will pay a minimum guarantee against future revenues to Atari of US$320,000, payable before 31 July 2021 at its discretion in cash or through the issuance of 2.2 million shares of the company priced at A$0.21 per share.
