It's an absolute basket case now. $10m of the $12.5m straight out the door to pay for expenses and didn't take long for the share price to hit 3.7c today. Troyus already thinking about 8c options that will need heads at 12c for anyone to have confidence to convert - unfortunately it wont happen.
Huge dilution now and still require $400m at 100% debt, which will never happen, especially at current market cap. What are people actually clinging hope on? $400m debt required and the company spending money on purchasing land in Germany...WTF
What are going to be the share price catalysts? They've released every announcement under the sun except for an offtake and holders know an offtake is impossible without product qualification/testing by end users.
MD took home over $1m last year and didn't participate in what was ATC's most critical raise - says it all.
