    If you added 14m shares when we were around $20 for example the company can't double (for example) in market value overnight, that's why imo, the price was sold down to factor in this dilution, as I said when it was being sold down.
    It wasn't going down just on people getting scared. That added to the sell down as it was going down hard and as we seen here, a few sold out. An investor really has to comprehend dilution . It's the number one factor in holding a share price where ever it may be. That's why you dint see directors buy in market or get stock or options just in case the share price goes ballistic upwards and they can profit from it. They know what dilution will come over time so why would they take such a high risk and lose money? $100 k outlay for Wayne at $24 is nothing and he can write it off with his salary. It's nothing. Many say the board don't care. They just play the game smarter than the typical shareholder who will sell out when the price goes down because their main problem is their high buy in price and not factoring in consolidations, just like dilution, inexperience. All your mega negative posters.
