Because AVR only had quotes suspended by the ASX. AMEUF trades over the counter, not through an exchange, so the guidelines for quotation are much less restrictive. I know of a few Canadian companies that have had trading halted in Canada due to delinquent reporting but are still quoted by OTC Markets. If anybody holds AMEUF, you may want to check with your brokerage if shares don't get converted once Nasdaq trading commences. I've been through situations where shares were converted within a few days but I also had OTC shares of a British company I owned linger for a long time on the OTC after an uplist and AMEUF being the lowest level of OTC may affect that.
