Not a bad strategy to wipe out any value for existing option holders...maybe that's why WP had a massive no lose bonus in his comfy arrangement with the Board to compensate him for all those cheap options that are useless...imagine being the insto investors who chipped in over the last couple of years with all those options in the high 20's, jeezez you'd be pi###ed...investment pulverised and options value looking very sick.
