While I maintain my anger the opportunist in me is getting excited. If the product is as good as we think it is, a MC barely above cash is a bargain.
The real question is can they complete trials with $100 million? It is hard to see, with a board who considers buying a porsche instead of a Bentley as being thrifty. Can they pull their heads in? If yes, bargain of the year.
What would be telling is if Wayne put his $6 million to good use or if he recognises a failed raise and leaves the money in the kitty.
