The mathematician and quantum physicist Hugh Everet (father of mark everet - front man of the indi band 'the EELS') challenged the Schrodinger cat experiment and developed his multiverse theory (the cat can not be dead and alive simultaneously, so there has to be more than one cat........multiple outcomes from the same event).

I too suggested (on HC only) that the company sell cardio cell to all of the valve manufacturers.........with sales of CC contributing to the valve price..back of envelope calculations meant making about 5-10% on the sale of every valve that CC was used in.

However, the decision was made to head down the current path. There is no telling what would have happened had we gone down the production and supply of CC only...at the dizzing heights, with SP at $180, we may or not have been a take over target, the SP could have retracted to a more viable SP based on the income stream from sales of CC..but thats one possiable reaility that is happening (but not in this universe).

Has management bitten off more than they can chew????? I am not sure and only time will tell.

I guess that limiting to manufacturing and sales of CC was not the target once the 3D CC was developed and the opportunities were realized.
Had we gone down the manufacturer and sell path, the 3D may never have been realized and the benefits of the one piece valve may never seen light of day. To me, the 3D one piece valve is the game changer, and yes, the 'cost' to aus M and D shareholders may be worn through price drop and dilution (highest I paid was $150 - $0.15 pre consolidation) but managed to buy at lows and have it down to $15.00. The physiological benifits of this valve is amazing and will make changes to the care options and results and patient experience. This is the reality or universe we are in today. The product will change lives, and the bumpy ride (at what ever the cost) is the path that has gotten us here, with no evidence that any other path would have gotten us here.

Yes, this is frustrating, but after 10 long years, its only another 2 or so years to see if it has all been worth it.......Happy to get my money back (but fingers crossed it will come back in multiples)

    Not advice.
