Suggest you ask a paediatrician . Yes a doctor can request a vitamin K with a solubilizer like tpgs for administration from the hospital laboratory pharmacists .
Of course tight health budgets favor generics and you'd require a compound of significant increased performance before an alternative was considered
I can't see that happening having seen the one and only comparison study (mct) between the two compounds
