The potential would be the approval from the FDA. This would give legitimacy to TPM as a delivery method for compounds and potentially open up other compounds for it.
On it's own the market is worth USD $84 mil as per the announcement but that is the entire market and AVE would get a tiny royalty of that. So maybe $250k-500k AUD
As has been pointed out the company has been at this for 20 years and managed to commercialise very little and nothing at a profit. The concept is great but whether a home run can be ever made is the question.
