The composition of the share registry being what it is may make the change scenario a number of posters seek, pretty difficult to achieve. There are not many big hitters or Instos that can agitate for change so the status quo will remain for the forseeable. Unless there are shareholders of 15% or more of the shares on issue seeking change then change is difficult. After so many years MD will not fall on his sword & im not sure he should in any case. However the love affair with Xec is totally at odds with the company’s ambition IMO. Again IMO we should get a savvy corporate type on board in a directorial role & ditch Xec as external advisors . Sure there would a short term step up in cost but in the medium /long term it will pay dividends.
