Really ? that's a stupid call pulling that date as 30th of September unless you want egg on your face but c'mon at least use a date that covers the entire allowable time FDA have to issue the reply. Sure they might come early but certainly no guarantees.

So today they say they have submitted their formal response to the FDA and they have 30 days to respond ---- yet they say they expect a reply by September 30th ? I guess in line with their hopefully capital raising ?

Hmmmm but hang on there's only 18 days between today and September 30
