Essentially though it probably just leads to unrest & dissappointment with shareholders if/when it fails to materialize.
Quite fitting that early access comes in the folllowing paragraph with potentially now late 2017 when initially thrown around as Q4 2015 (a year ago now).
Even early access although sceptical that it will bring any material cashflow looks more likely achievable than scooping the new flag of $10m+ in non dilutive grant funding to fund the entire phase IIb trial ?
