Last year mid 2015 if I can recall Diamond announced an agreement with MyTomorrow
for EAP program couple of months later announced the existing batch could not be supplied
as it was out of date therefore started production for new batch that should have been ready by end of
2015 early 2016. Since then we have not heard any update.
Today Diamond, coincidentally very close to AGM, vaguely announce that in his last trip he had discussion
with potential pharmaceutical partners for development of ATL 1102 and thee application to IND program
"free of costs" .
Then at the end of the ann in ref to ATL1102 and MyTomorrow we read:

"This investigative study would be expected to generate important and supportive data on the use of ATL1102 in the SP-MS patient population that would allow for the potential treatment of SP-MS patients under an Early Access Program (EAP). myTomorrows and ANP expect to activate the EAP on the back of positive data from this study which could be available later in 2017."
Yes LATER 2017 !!!!!!!!!!

Now Diamond's supporters please tell me how can we trust this man to keep managing the
company ? He does not have any idea of what is going on and in my view he put out senseless and misleading
just to protect his chair and his undeserved high salary.
Now tell me if and where I am wrong.
