You seem as popular as a mars bar in a swimming pool. I appreciate the thought provoking posts nevertheless.

Having held a CFO role in a listed company I cannot help but feel that there is need for change. 20 years in the same role is simply too long for a person representing the shareholders of an ASX listed entity. Staleness, lethargy & lack of imagination (dare I say complacency) cannot help but creep in. It is inevitable. I am also staggered that there has been no move to bring onboard someone with commercial rigour to assist the Board. That may be a tad uncomfortable I suspect.

For those advocating no change I pose the question of whether they would be happy if their AFL /NRL team had kept the same coach for 20 years without winning a premiership?
