The only resolutions that SH can vote against are the ones announced by the company at the time of giving 21 days notice of the aforementioned AGM. Options & performance shares better not get an airing this year

For the same reason MD won’t get the flick (register weakness in terms of Instos & voting blocks) there will be no meaningful resolutions put forward. Same same - clip the $500k ticket for another 12mths.
