The only resolutions that SH can vote against are the ones announced by the company at the time of giving 21 days notice of the aforementioned AGM. For the same reason MD won’t get the flick (register weakness in terms of Instos & voting blocks) there will be no meaningful resolutions put forward. Same same - clip the $500k ticket for another 12mths.
