The fact that MD’s options are near worthless right now is a good thing. It gives him every incentive to right the ship. Is he the right guy to do so? I have no idea, but I have a hard time believing he’s only along to collect his annual salary when he has 14 million reasons to advance the company. I can’t imagine that MD anticipated that the share price would be as low as it is today.

But as I have said numerous times — there is a GLARING lack of capital markets experience on our board. After Moses and Goolsbee retired, we desperately need to add a board member from the business side of things. I truly don’t understand why they haven’t done so already.
