Seller is the buyer & the accumulator ATM. Probably he is filling lower price bids of his own to create a cascade effect to see if there are nervous nellies who would sell. Just that not easy to make out.
With all that is going on, if some large seller is still lurking, either he is desperate or knows something none of know.
