Traders work in stocks that move a few percent in a day or few days with volume so they can get out with some profit or even loss..
This has no buy side as you suggest ...hasn't hardly moved all week ...even if I brought at 8c ...there was no one buying at 8.6c unless CXXT trade went through....
You need to sharpen your skills on how people trade...on HC there is some day trading thread ..go through that where people discuss what's moving and some tips they give on stocks.. ...PER wouldn't have been discussed there for years ....I used to trade years ago and we look for things that move intra day or in couple of days......not a month or 2.....
Hence they are called T2 traders..
