Is this announcement to try and deflect the current bonues management have given themselves of which I believe is unjustified and greedy.

Most well run organisations will only give themselves a bonus based on (good) results. Not sure PER has quite got the runs on the board yet.

Only options PER has moving forward for funds is a decent partnership or a serious CR.
If a CR, one can only hope it is post DMD positive announcement and the SP is well north of todays disgrace of 8c. Failing a good announcement I am not sure PER has much of a future.
