i'm thinking they would want to make sure that there was ample demand for any big seller shares that hit the market...Its been obvious that with little demand (i.e. when we were waiting for BSP) it was very easy to hold the SP down or decimate it with relatively little volume. Now, what significant event in the company's evolution would create that big lift in demand for shares, well, i think we all know what that immediate milestone would be in the bigger scheme of things...Once funding and partnering is locked down, that represents another major derisk for the project.

So, Wira, you could be right in your thinking. But, all speculation of course.
