I was an Infrastrata shareholder a few years back .
Their S.P. does not sit at £0.60 , it sits at just under £0.006 , i.e. 6/10 of a penny .100 million shares , pre issue dilution would be £600,000 , i.e. just over 1 million AUD .
I hope Infrastrata , market cap £7m are able to put the finance in place because it would enable GEV to concentrate on the core business of transiting of CNG but infrastrata have the reputation of being a subscale time-waster so I'm not optimistic .
