Once again this project hinges on funding from ATI and with this particular project, the funding is the reason for signing the agreement.
I think MM has gone after this project because
1. He know Chinese with deep pockets
2. He is not new to negotiating with the Chinese to sell resources to them.
MM certainly has all the ducks lined up and as I said before, I expect a string of announcments over the comming weeks to get the SP above 5 cents so MM can cash in before consolodation.
A well orchestrated evolution IMO
