on another note, would it be correct to assume that MM would have scoured the market in advance to ensure there was sufficient interest in the notes offer? and that being the case we could expect the offering to be filled quickly and an announcement to be released shortly?

I think things will be hotting up once this happens. The final step before we can get down to business! Then we should see renewed interest in ATI, with a MC of $150million this will be grossly undervalued once the money is in the bank and production is just around the corner!
