Kind of agree with Saracenm here; the initial outrage by AGO holders was due to a crazy low offer which appeared to follow a few weeks of manipulated downward SP pressure. We could not understand (and still can't understand) why our BOD would unanimously accept this and word the offer in a way which seemed to minimise the chance of an alternative offer coming in. CE and the board were the focus of this justified outrage.
Thankfully we have moved on to a position where SHs are closer to achieving fair value.
In my view now that MIN has withdrawn, the debate can change and become more positive, even though the behaviour of management continues to disappoint. CE was working in the best interest of MIN holders and has been the catalyst for the eventual interest by more suitable partners; I doubt that this would have been achieved by our own management.
The outrage is over. MIN holders are no different to AGO holders, Good Luck to all of us.
