Unfortunately it is how they all (companies) word it..., It is so wrong for anyone to sell off somebodys property if for some reason or other they are not aware of it. It should be worded to "respond" if you want to sell...., Do nothing if you wish to hold.
This dubious action is purely to assist MIN to get rid of some "rebel shareholders" easily....,not in the interests of AGO shareholders.
