Well, I like the greater certainty that now exists. Sure, Atlas has much less reserves due mainly to deleting the problematic northern region. But whose to say that negotiations down the track might bring this portion back online.
so, we’ve got 30 months of Atlas in front of us commencing in Q4 of 2023. This would have been a concern before our package of recent purchases.
2023 will be a lean year for IMA, BUT 2024 should be a cracker.
I am sure Patrick and co have already adjusted the calendar to accommodate this new appraisal and will be looking as best as possible to establish continuity of profits and cash flow over the next five or so calendar years.
However I am not sure dividends will be robust until perhaps 2h 2024. But I would expect them to dribble something out to keep the faithful, faithful.
