I think mining restart is now a forgone conclusion. I don't expect any delays from here and it was mostly priced in after the news that there were no public objections. ILU reports showing that the contract pricing is holding up. IMA seemingly undervalued with some SP overhang due to the ATM facility. So basically at the moment if you purchase some shares they may actually be new shares and the money going into the company coffers. I think it's a very intelligent way of doing it and allows existing shareholders to participate when they want to. It also means there is no overhanging question around funding and in addition I think it means that more of the voting power should pass into Australian hands. I think a lot of the things that were in the risk part of the equation with Image are being cleared away.
