Gotta say, I like the management's conservative stance: Debt free by mid-year
They will be debt free before then, probably by April. If Ago can pay over 50mill
to debtholders, plus royalties and also 3mill to the WA govt, in one quarter, yes
one quarter! folks, then very likely in April.
Another reason for this is the higher priced forward sales that will come through in the March qtr.
Top marks to management: under-promise, and over-deliver.
Another point: great to see no leaks regarding the announcement, the share price finished
on the low 2.7c and 2.6c on chi-x. Another plus to management.
What's a mystery is the market cap of only $240 million. That I cannot
explain. I posted not long ago that Atlas were trading on a PE of 1 from my calculations,
and today after the announcement it will be a lot less than one.
Maybe someone on this thread can shed some light on this.
