While clenching a fistful of Pardoo ore, he said something to the effect of "just think about how much more of this stuff we will be able to find in the years ahead".
The man is on a focused mission to expand and grow into a true large mid-tier.
AGO is a producer with the most agressive exporation program. The loss last year was almost entirely attributed to exploration costs. The company is forward looking and wise with how it spents OUR money.
If the SE Pilbara yields the kind of scale as Robertson and Newman, AGO SP will be many folds it is today.
You never know. Maybe AGO will be the tortoise beating the hare (IOH) as we look back in future.
