Its looking like some AGO holders are getting nervours about this take-over because of the extension or in some holders eyes slow uptake of the offer.

I have been in many take-overs and can not remember any of those take-overs which have NOT extended their offer period.

And regarding the progress of uptake of the offer, we are going extremely well imho.

Most holders will keep hanging onto their shares because you never know, a better offer may arise.

A potential counter offer is now basically off the books, first because the take over offer has gone dramatically up in price since the AGO share price has sky rocketed and second with AGO now having close to 55% of the GIR shares potential bidders would find it extremely hard to beat AGO.


Its a done deal and you will see next week acceptences streaming in and AGO getting hold of more then 70% imho.

The rest will come in on the last week of this month and the deal will be done and dusted.

So sit back relax and enjoy the ride towards the $4 and beyond.
