    Atlas is liable to pay MinRes a break fee of $3.12 million under the MinRes SID as a result of this change in recommendation.

    CE would have emailed the tax invoice yesterday ... LOL

    I still fail to understand how we have to pay when MIN were the ones who 'basically' withdrew by not countering Gina's offer ? Badly negotiated agreement IMO and its money we don't have to throw around
