    Badly negotiated, our BOD never thought anyone would be interested in AGO so acted quite desperately when agreeing to the deal with MIN.

    Whether AGO went looking for an offer or an offer came looking for AGO - the $3mil was to be paid.

    Small sum to pay for the value gain in SP and counter bid. Looking forward to twiggy entering into the bidding now that CE has tucked his tail between his legs.
