Ex CZI shareholders. Has anyone managed to work out what your position is in regard to the ATO. I have read through the document and its very confusing and it also has contradictions in it. Paragragh 7 says that no part is a dividend and paragraph 9 says that 0.15288380c is an unfranked didvidend.
Ive called the ATO and they are no help and ive also emailed OZL.
In the past in another comapny I got a letter outloinig exactly what i have to report to the ATO.
