sorry to sound so harsh but such arrogant head strong domineering people like you seem to deserve their losses. you have been posting on this stock for years and obviously your judgment has been proved to be continually wrong. why don't you learn to lick your wounds & move on, humbly, in defeat, rather than continuing to perpetuate the delusion that you 'know'?

now you continue to accuse the company of more inappropriate conduct, with your delusional "I don't believe" statement. since i started posting here, what i have judged has come true and what you people have judged (such as shareholders would get nothing) has been proved false

do you really believe Ian Gandel exercised 15 million options at 15 cents in order to receive 12 cents back and then finance the company even more, even though the company already has a heap of cash?

obviously, Gandel exercised his 15 million options to get back more than 15 cents

Once these have been determined and the Class Ruling has been obtained, it is the intention of the Directors to consider making a further distribution or capital return to Shareholders within the next 12 months if it is determined that the Company has cash that is surplus to its requirements."

it is you & your buddies here that were so illogical & so irrational when you encouraged holders to flee from this company after the sale of the asset at 10.5 cents per share

there are new very large shareholders on the register and, imo, they & Gandel will force the company to pay out most of its cash

this is my speculative judgement

your version of 'AGS' is finished; it is dead. there is no more 'AGS-4-Mile'. AGS is merely a shell; a skeleton
