    Promesa (PRA)actually looks a better bet than FUT imo. Only listed a couple of days ago and tightly held but has 25% of Atocha plus option to buy into Four River prospects; Mkt Cap $6M, shares total issue 33M, currently at issue price even after PYN ann. FUT has 2.86Bn shares on issue.
