re: Ann: Atom to Acquire 100% Interest in Kal... well if you read the between the lines, this ho-hum annoucnement is indeed good news. Although the share price doesnt reflect that atm.

By going to 100% ownership, it really shows the companies confidence on this project. Why else would a microcap company part with $1,150,000 of its precious cash unless there was massive potential in the project....which leads me to my next point.

I think it was a strategic move on there behalf to complete the acquisition up to 100% prior to resource upgrade coming removing the risk that the vendors may want to retain there equity stake following a stellar resource estimate?
