    re: Ann: Atom to Acquire 100% Interest in Kal... Just re-reading the initial acquistion agreement from 22/7/09. It appears the original option to acquire the remaining 30% equity in the project was going to cost AXY $5,000,000!

    If this is the case then they got a bargain at just over $1million. It shows they are very confident in the project paying up early which probably went in there favour by negoiating an almost 80% discount.

    Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
