There is the small matter of an issue of 10 million shares, plus the stage 2 consideration if JORC is > 500000 ounces (which you would hope would be a minimum)of further $500000 and another 10 million shares, this would be over $3 million on current share price not taking into account GPM shares issued which convert to Atom shares if they dont list < 12 months from acquisition. So hardly an 80% discount is it. Plus it would appear company is already behind its own schedule.
