    re: Ann: Atomic Engages Alto and Delta Capita... Why, if atq is to announce "a major resource upgrade shortly", wouldn't they wait for the upgrade before capital raising? If upgrade is as major as alluded to, I would have thought they could raise at substantially higher than 15c a share! Disappointing in that regard.
