I think you are right mraj, the vendor has given ATQ a great opportunity, also to give them a nudge along in a fair timeframe also....its on very genuine and fair terms also for ATQ and I suspect that there are good intentions behind it as again no commital fees or money upfront has been requested.

Importantly the next announcements which are now becoming priority are for the resource upgrade and the BFS...(also logistics).
