I see the optionality as a good aspect, as we have significant flexibility. What I would like to know is the "one off fee" that is expected to be material. So basically it looks like Access Bio is paying us a decent chunk and we have some options available (with decent time to expiry) to capitalise on the current Australian market conditions.
In addition, it doesn't sound like their relationship is tainted.
