That whole article can be boiled down to two sentences of actual news "NG Biotech orders three packaging machines from ULMA Packaging for their COVID-19 testing devices. NG Biotech say they are targeting production of two million tests per month."

Maybe NG Biotech told ULMA Packaging their timeline was production of 2 million units per month by July. Maybe they wanted the packaging machines by July. The point of the press release is that ULMA Packaging are beating their chest that NG Biotech ordered three packaging machines for their fancy COVID-19 test. They would have been motivated to put that out with "Coronavirus" as the first word in the release title hoping to attract media attention and publicity for their company.
