    You could be right... (I hope you're right!) Or, they could just be having a nice luncheon and having a few drinks to calm their nerves.
    From past experience results (and presentations based on results) occur pre-market. Have a look at the majority of companies at the moment. Heck, even this morning...

    Majority of the time I've seen results late in the day it's to limit potential damage by providing a small window to interpret results and sell off.
