    well, it only takes seconds to unload millions of shares nowadays. If the intention is to prevent a sell-off, it can still easily happen within 4pm that day..and there is always next day too. so I am not sure there is a hidden agenda here..

    Lets just take it as that's the time of day they could get everything ready, eh? No point reading into something we have no way of knowing why....
