These down runs are often when bigger players quietly accumulate if they have conviction on the stock. There may also be some small selling as "encouragement" for other holders to bail.
I like AT1 because it has my key success criteria:

Valuable technology that serves a strong market need. (self testing and POC testing with rapid results)
Multiple verticals for ongoing growth through a platform offering.
Already in the market place with sales and approvals in place for an existing test.
Low risk by partner with multiple biomed companies with approved chemistries.
Regular updates to the market for clear progress indication and sound management.

Like all medical devices there are bumps and time delays but IMHO it has good potential to grow quickly as new tests are added to the stable and distribution networks become established.
I expect I will add if it goes below 30c.
