I appreciate the discussion and to and fro here.

I am thinking this now: since the world is so freaked out about covid, the world may only accept one of two things.... 100% accuracy in a test or continual isolation / lockdowns.

Think about Vic. Zero case, but you cannot travel more than 25km and you can only meet a couple people ONE TIME A DAY.

My point: since there is no such thing as a 100% test, maybe the 99.9% is a con as well. Let us say you test the entirety of Oz with the 99.9%. Well, you will find 100s that slip through. And as LV50 projects, those 100s will become 1000s very soon. So, the only help is to again test the entirety of the population with the 99.9%. Of course, after the entirety is tested (in one moment) the entirely must now quarantine for 48 hours until the results are back.

My point (2nd): the flu is an inexact animal to trace; yet suddenly the world is clamouring for 100% exactness (well some people are)

This other company that LV50 is promoting... they say they are even working on the bio right now to improve it - before commercialisation... I am not sure how you improve it; but that statement alone says the 'other company' is admitting it is not 100%
